Marleau apparently has a GIGANTIC ego! Who the Fudge would have any Interest In a guy who should have retired 3 years ago? LOL LOL LOL LOL. Marcus Sorensen? He's not even an Important piece In the GOD AWFUL latest version of Doug Wilson's San Jose Sucks team.

Hmmm - Marleau's quote seems to be blown out of proportion....a lot like Karlsson's quote a week or two ago. Meh...

Looking forward to Marleau breaking the record, but I'd rather see him win a cup. If a legit contender is interested and a trade is made, I'll root for whatever team he lands on....even the Las Vegas Golden Showers.

Not sure of any of the legit contenders that would be interested though. I don't see him outplaying anyone on (or fitting in with) any of the 3rd/4th lines on Tampa, Vegas, Colorado, etc...

Sorrenson - I was watching him last night wondering how in the hell is he even in the NHL....?

Just can not see anyone interested in adding Marleau who really should be gone. This is a case where he should have retired with dignity instead of pity. Trading Hertl should not be happening. When the NHL returns to a more balanced schedule you will see a much better Shark team. Playing Vegas and the Blues regularly will not end well for any team. I just don't see them as bad as the standings indicate, it has just been a tough year for many and a strange year period.

Congrats to Patrick Marleau on the consecutive games played, It Is quite an accomplishment but I also find It confusing when a professional sport celebrates a player for simply doing there job.
